Returns Policy: 

GoneFishinShop.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our Returns Policy is simple: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any product in as new condition within 7 days of receipt. 

All items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item. If your order arrives damaged please return it right away so we can send you a replacement.

  • We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post.
  • Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not refund return shipping charges. 
  • All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.

Shipping Policy:

All shipping and insurance charges are added to the total cost of the order and are the responsibility of the customer. As well all Customs and Brokerage fee's are the responsibility of the customer. Our checkout area will calculate shipping charges by mail or courier to Canada and the US. On International orders we will confirm shipping method and rates via e-mail. Ammunition, Powders and Primers cannot be shipped by mail or outside of Canada. Please contact us for further information. Firearms sales require a valid FAC license in Canada or special export documentation for International orders which will have to be arranged via fax or e-mail. For goods damaged in shipping we need to be notified within' 72 hours of delivery so we can claim with our carriers.
